New Foods to try for 2013-2014
This year we are introducing some of my favorite. The students will start out with Fresh Pita Bread with Hummus, Olive Oil and Dukka. This is a popular meal for people of Middle Eastern Heritage.
You can purchase the zaatar with some fresh pita bread that is made daily at Jerusalem Bakery off of Old Milton Pkwy across from the Fed Ex Kinkos in a white building.
The Hummus is from a company called Tribe Hummus. I found this at Ingles grocery store.
We tried a new Yogurt Company called Atlanta Fresh Yogurt Company that has some interesting flavors at Whole Foods.
We also tried some protein balls made with Sunbutter.
We again drank some Green Goodness which the link can be found on the previous page from last year.
Buffalo Meat from Carolina Bison that I purchased at Ingles.
My Cranberry Salsa with Pumpkin Tortilla Chips that I purchased at Costco.
