Mrs. Sheets Pumpkin Gingerbread
Preheat Oven 350 degrees
Ingredients: 3 cups of sugar, 1 cup oil (or 1 cup of applesauce) 4 eggs: Beat Together
In separate bowl: Mix 3 1/2 cups of Flour all purpose (can try almond flour as well), 2 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp of baking powder 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cloves, 1 tsp allspice, 2/3 of a cup of water, 1 1lb can pumpkin (Libby: solid pack not for pies)
Add Water to creamed mixture beat in pumpkin
Pour in greased pan 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes
