I am not sure I have the answer to this but I have observed that kids if they can articulate why they do not like a food, it is more likely that you can change its appearance or put it into something else like a smoothie for them to eat. Almost 100% of students will eat spinach if you put it in a shake. Remember just a little bit changes the color to green. I am not talking about a milkshake but a veggie shake with fruit. Please send me your recipes that work at your house.

My daughter does not like spinach but when I put it in a pot with chicken broth and steam it in the broth it reduces to "green ghosts" and she loves it!!!!

I think that kids don't eat vegetables because i think vegetables don't have any flavor. Well I am a kid and I don't like asparagus and sometimes I don't like lettuce but that is just me!! :)

Thanks Sophia for your comment. If we can flavor the veggies, I think you would like them....

Great comment. I thought you ate everything! Onions are strong but remember there are different types.

The reason why kids don't eat veggies is because the color green doesn't fit with kids minds. It's like you decide not to eat them because of their color.
